Earthworms have no eyes, arms, or legs, but they do have a mouth. The way they get around is by wiggling their way through the ground. While the worms move through the ground the slime that is around them is what gives off nutrients, such as nitrogen, to the plants as the worm moves by them and they are also good for breaking down the soil. They are also cold blooded so they can live were it is cold and warm.
Worms live where there is food, moisture, oxygen, and where there is favorable temperature. They like to eat decaying plants and animals.
When you pull a worm in half they can always regrow that missing part and go on with their life.
