DNA
DNA stands for Deoxyribonucleic Acid. DNA is a molecule that holds genetic information of how we look. It looks like a twisted ladder called a helix. It has four nitrogen bases, thymine, adenine, guanine, and cytosine. They are only allowed to be paired with a certain base. Adenine always belongs with Thymine and Guanine always stays with Cytosine. In order to make a replication of the DNA, it has to unzip and new pairs of nitrogen bases come back and attach to the existing bases and now you have an exact copy of DNA.
